Odor Description: A fruity, fatty, pineapple odor with rum nuances.
Fragrance Use: A good fruity topnote for citrus complexes, particularly orange.
IFRA Status: Allyl esters should only be used when the level of free allyl alcohol in the ester is less than 0.1%
Flavor Use: Characteristically used in pineapple flavor, but also can be seen in fruit punch, tropical, apple, orange juice, peach and rum flavors.
Recommended Use Level: 6%
